2021: Anakeesta is inviting residents and employees of Blount, Cocke, Jefferson, Knox, Hamblen and Sevier Counties to come and enjoy the theme park and celebrate spring during our new annual Blooms and Tunes event.
For just $5 from May 10 through May 16, local residents in these counties can come and soak in the Smokies in spring from atop the Anakeesta mountain during our Local Appreciation Week event. Come enjoy our spring-themed menus at Cliff Top and other eateries and our whimsical garden-themed art installations carefully placed throughout the park.
To qualify for the event, locals must present a photo ID with their address or a current paycheck stub with ID.
While enjoying $5 admission, guests can apply their ticket to an Annual Pass upgrade for $59.99 to enjoy the park for a full year. You might be using the pass sooner than you think! Anakeesta is also hosting an Annual Passholder Celebration on May 20. That event will feature a special tour of our newest park additions, the Watering Can and Vista Plaza, as well as live music, games, free food and drinks, and generous giveaway prizes.
Annual passholders also receive 20 percent off retail items, 20 percent off our Dueling Zipline and Rail Runner Mountain Coaster, and they receive one FREE Buddy pass for a guest!
A portion of the week’s proceeds will go towards Friends of the Smokies whose mission is to help the National Park Service protect and maintain the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. So come have fun and support our national park at the same time!

I think annual appreciation day is great however Anderson County should be included. I live in Anderson County and many people here are regular visitors to the Pigeon Forge area. Maybe in the future you should consider including us as well!!
Maggie Gregg says
Thank you, Marla. We have passed your comments onto our team!
