Did you lose an item during your visit to Anakeesta? Guests can stop by the information booth in Firefly Village the day of your visit to see if your item has been turned in.
You can also fill out the form below by answering a few questions about your missing item and we’ll do our best to help you locate it. Please be as detailed as possible providing any information that you think will help us identify your lost item. Once completed, check your email for a notification with a claim number for your lost item.
Located items will be returned to the address listed via shipping method selected on the form. If you prefer to pick up the item at the park, please indicate that preference by selecting the “Hold For Pickup” option.
