You can enter Astra Lumina 30 minutes prior to your ticket time

How much time should I allow to arrive for my scheduled Lumina time?

Please allow at least 1.5 hours to arrive at the park, ride the Chondola or Rambler and check in for your appointed time

What is your weather delay and cancellation policy?

East Tennessee is subject to many different types of weather conditions. Anakeesta is an outdoor theme park and Astra Lumina is designed to operate safely in a variety of weather conditions including rain, snow and light winds. We closely monitor weather conditions at all times and for the safety of our guests and staff, we may suspend operations during periods of inclement weather.

Do you offer group pricing?

Yes, Anakeesta offers a 20% discount for groups of 20 or more

What is your refund policy?

The experience of Astra Lumina is comparable to a concert or an entrance to the cinema. If you cannot be present for your showtime, we cannot make any refunds or changes.

If you miss your scheduled show time we will not issue a refund, we will attempt to reschedule, the day of, for another show time based on availability.

What shoes should I wear?

Closed toed shoes are highly recommended. Astra Lumina is approximately one mile long with uneven terrain. The gently sloping trail meanders through a natural forested path.

Is Astra Lumina wheelchair accessible?

No, Astra Lumina is not wheelchair accessible. Guests should be comfortable walking an approximately one mile long forested path with gentle slopes and uneven surfaces.

Is Astra Lumina stroller accessible?

No, Astra Lumina is not stroller accessible, unless using a 'sport, all terrain' stroller

Can I take pictures and videos?

Yes! However, flash photography is not permitted.

Does Astra Lumina have flashing lights?

The Astra Lumina experience includes flashing lights, strobes, lasers and theatrical fog.
