GATLINBURG, Tenn. ( Sept. 29, 2022) – 5 Things You Should Know about Anakeesta’s Astra Lumina
It is truly…indescribable
So wait, what exactly is it? Well, we could tell you that it’s a completely immersive experience of walking through the stars and that it’s a combination of light, music, production and storytelling set in the beauty of nature…but that doesn’t quite do it justice.
Besides, how many opportunities do you have to experience something completely new for the first time? We want you to have that moment. So we’ll just leave it at this…you have to see it to believe it.
It is making its US debut right here at Anakeesta
Before now you would have had to stamp your passport to experience this out-of-this-world encounter. Moment Factory, the producer of Astra Lumina, has created these one-of-a-kind shows all over the world, but this is its first time in the US! And this show has been created specifically for the mountaintop paths and unique setting of Anakeesta Mountain.
You’re part of a celestial story
What if the stars could come down to earth and you could walk through a celestial world? This is the story unfolding as you meander through the path uniquely designed to tell a story that not only entrances you but connects you to nature in the most awe-inspiring way.

Come prepared
You’ll want to give yourself about an hour and half to arrive at Anakeesta, ride up the mountain and get checked in for your appointed time. And most importantly come with a sense of childlike wonder and excitement!
