GATLINBURG, Tenn. — Happy holidays from Anakeesta to you and your family! We’re so excited you have decided to visit the Smokies and Anakeesta. Here are four helpful tips on how to make your visit more enjoyable during this busy holiday season.
1.) Limiting Park Capacity
To ensure a quality guest experience during the holidays, entry to Anakeesta after 4 PM will be available as capacity allows. It’s possible that some attractions and restaurants in the park may also be limited or unavailable due to capacity limits. Please reach out to 865-325-2400 ext. 364 if you have any questions before your visit.
2.) Park Entry Times
Enchanted Winter is an exciting time for everyone here at Anakeesta, and with many visitors coming to the park, we’ve got some insider tips on when you should visit to avoid lines. Wait times for entry to the park are typically between noon and 3 PM, we encourage visitors to the park to arrive before noon to enjoy the park during the day.
3.) Wait Times
During the season, Anakeesta sees many visitors, which may increase wait times during your visit and may exceed 45 minutes. We encourage you to download the Anakeesta App to see wait-times for our attractions and transportation here.
4.) Park Exit Times
Peak times for visitors to leave Anakeesta for the day are between 6 PM and 8 PM. To avoid a wait, we encourage guests to keep these peak times in mind while they are planning their visit to the park.
