Now Open!
Our Vista Garden Walk expansion is now open! In addition to shaded bench swings to take in the incredible views on top of Anakeesta, enjoy more beautiful plant life, or visit Willow Man for the perfect photo op. Be sure to check out our new interactive play area called BearVenture that was designed and built right here in Gatlinburg by Heartwood Galleries! You can also find art installations called “Twigloos” designed by Knoxville native Kelly Brown. Word on the mountain is the Heart Twigloo overlooking the Smokies will be one of the most romantic Gatlinburg wedding venues available.

Have you spotted a woodland fairy at Anakeesta? Keep an eye out for our fairies flitting around the park on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. They would love to have their photo taken with you!
A New Way to Reach the Top
A new ride to the summit! Coming at the end of this summer, we are excited to introduce a new way to get to the top of Anakeesta Mountain. In addition to our Chondola, guests will be able to reach the summit in a 45-passenger military style vehicle via a scenic drive through the forest.
At no extra cost, guests can board their “adventure truck” at the base and enjoy a forest drive to the top complete with an audio tour about the mountain’s history, wildlife, and more!
